The Impala Club Studio (situated on Ngong Road, inbetween Adams Arcade and Nakumatt Junction) organizes Afro-Aerobics Challenge, a class that combines aerobics with African inspired dance from the African continent, Brazil, Cuba and the Caribbean. The instructor has studied and performed in the U.S, U.K, West Africa and East Africa

Saturdays 2-3.30pm, Sundays 2-3.30pm
ksh 600/=
