This is a three day dance and music festival, with performances at Goethe Institut on Friday the 13th, Leaky auditorium at the National Museum and a music concert at Goethe Institut on Saturday and a final family evening at Oshwal Academy, on Sunday the 15th.

Participating countries are : Austria, Blegium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Netherlands, Slovak Republic, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom and guest country: Switzerland.

20 critically acclaimed films from 14 European countries and 2 films from the ACP-EU support programme for the ACP cultural sector will be on the menu for the 23rd edition of the European Film Festival.

The Festival is a singular rendez-vous for lovers of cinema and presents a unique opportunity to experience Europe’s diverse cultures.

Community Screening
For the first time the organizing committee will be presenting community screening in Kibera, Mathare and Korogocho in collaboration with Hot Sun Foundation

The Danish film, Kidnappet (Lost in Africa) which was shot on location in Kibera has been choosen for free community screenings on Saturdays (May 12, 19 & 26)
