Releasing The African and Latin Rhythms(The Rhythm is in your Blood): Blending the energetic,positive and vibrant movements and rhythm of the African dance with the spontaneous,sexy and fun,addictive and energetic hot rhythms of Salsa.

Time: 9am-11.30am( African dance session)
1pm-3pm( fusion of African dance,salsa styling and shines)
Charges: Kshs 1,800

Dress code: Gym or training pants with a pair of cotton sock or barefoot.
