About
Said Abdallah AKA Lulu Abdallah was born in Mombasa in Likoni Mtongwe. The passion for music started very early when he used to see his father play the guitar which he later gave him as a present for his tenth birthday. From then music has been Abdallah’s passion till now.

Abdallah moved to Nairobi to study more about music and that’s where his music career started. Beginning with a traditional dance troupe Abdallah started traveling abroad with different groups as a percussionist, started to learn guitar and improving his vocal ability.

Abdallah’s music is fused with strong vocals and rhythms, he sings in Digo, Luhya, English, Swahili, and little French, musically versatile from jazz, to rhumba, to salsa, to reggae, to Latin music, to local rhythms. He released his debut album Thembassa in 2014.

Lulu Abdallah is coming on with full force doing what he loves the most music…
