Learn to heal and improve concentration, emotional and physical well being.
Everybody and all ages are WELCOME

Qi Gong originated in China and has evolved over the last 2,000 to 3,000 years. It is an important element of Traditional Oriental Medicine and is the basis of Martial Arts practice through cultivating and directing vital energy ‘ Qi’ (Chi). Simple flowing, mostly standing, exercises to bring mind, breath and gentle physical movement into unison. Practice quickly increases vitality, raises energy levels and mood, improves agility and strength, and integrates mind and body. It can relieve chronic aches and pains and provides support in healing many different conditions.

Jeremy Quin began practicing Qi Gong almost two decades ago, aiding his recovery from serious illness. He studied with Wang Zhi-Xing and subsequently with The Venerable Nguyen Tinh Thong. Based in England, we are lucky that he is teaching again in Kenya. He also teaches in Europe and South America.

If you wish to arrange a class elsewhere or for more info, please call Jeremy on 0723 118358 or Sue on 0733 768844
