Play: The Whore from Ohio, Feb 11th-15th 2009 @ Phoenix Players

“The Whore from Ohio” is a hilarious comedy directed by Peter Mudamba that revolves around the unique lives of a whore, a beggar and his son. It is the story of a man who is seeking a present for a special occasion to bring some spark to his otherwise dull life and he receives more than he bargained for, when he decided to “go out” seeking a self satisfying present. With no one to send him a most desired message of love, he decides to buy himself one?

This special Valentines play has been advertised as Strictly Adult only due to the adult nature of the story. The cast includes: Moses Macharia, Felix Odiwuor aka Jalang’o, Wayan Mwita and Jacqueline Wamuyu.

This is a Mbalamwezi Moodz Production that will show from February 11 to February 15 with weekday shows at 6.30pm and weekend shows at 3 & 6pm.
